REFUND POLICY FOR PRE-ORDER FINE ART PRINTS:

Strictly no-refund is allowed for pre-order items after the day of purchase as the order(s) will be sent out to our printing supplier for production.

REFUND POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT:

Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and images of the damaged items during. Please allow us 1-3 working days to return to your email and assist you with an exchange.

Exchanges are subjected to availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TRACKING NUMBER INFORMATIONS:

1. Please note that all shipments will estimated to reach the designated country within 7-20 days.

2. The duration for the item to reach your address will depend on the country's local postal service.

3. We will notify you via email once the order(s) have been shipped out.

4. Postal Service Provider - DHL. All tracking numbers will be sent out by DHL via email/SMS provided by the customer. Please ensure that all information is correct. In any case that, we are unable to key in your informations, our Logistics Division will contact you via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Shipping cost covers the handling, packing materials and shipment only.

2. Strictly no refund will be issued due to uncollected package(s) and/or for providing the wrong shipping information/address during check out.Please ensure that your informations are correct before checking out.

3. Strictly no refund will be allowed based on invalid reason(s).

4. Additional shipping cost will incur for reshipping for orders that returned due to uncollected/wrong address information given. Our Logistics Division will contact you via email to arrange for payment and reshipment. Strictly no refunds will be given if you decide to cancel the reshipment.

5. All products are in US Dollars. Tax may imply in respective countries.

6. SilentSirens® is not responsible for incorrect informations given during check out and/or uncollected package on customer's part.

2. Our Logistics Division will contact you via email/whatsapp in regards to your availability for delivery confirmation.

3. Upon confirmation, our Logistics Division will arrange for the LALAMOVE / QEXPRESS to courier your order(s) to the given address during check out. Please ensure that all informations are correct.
